Sport and Fitness has always been a key component of my life. As someone living with type 1 diabetes, consistent exercise and a healthy diet is critical for my health. I come from a clinical background, where I was the Research Coordinator for an endocrinology clinic. I apply that first-hand knowledge and experience in diabetes care to exercise physiology. I believe the lifestyle habits that promote stable blood sugar and healthy, functional movement are important for all individuals to adhere to, with or without chronic disease. I also have experience in strength and conditioning for athletes.
I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and fitness levels; from a sedentary lifestyle to the elite athlete. I hope to work with you on creating the best version of yourself to feel better than ever before.
