I graduated summa cum laude from Capital University where I received a Bachelor of Art in Health and Fitness Management. Additionally, I received an Associate of Applied Science in Sports and Fitness Management from Columbus State Community College. Upon completion of my associates degree, I returned to Columbus State to instruct and assist with the Sports and Fitness Management program. In 2004, I was certified by the NSCA as personal trainer and more recently a Delay the Disease instructor. I have over 15 years experience within the industry.
