My passion for exercise and sports was fueled by four wonderful years on a rowing team. During my time at Baylor, I developed a love of long-distance running, and an interest in yoga, and chose Exercise Physiology as my field of study. Due to my history with endurance sports, I am particularly skilled at endurance training and low-impact strength training.
I greatly enjoy working with the older population to create an improved quality of life and a fresh outlook on physical fitness.
