To apply for classes and seminars, click on the links above, print the application, fill out the required information, and mail to the address at the bottom of the application. If applying for one of our classes, please click on the link for Student Application. If applying for a seminar, click on the link for Seminar Application.

When applying for classes, a nonrefundable application fee of $25 is required with your application. A separate nonrefundable $25 registration fee is also required to hold your place in class.
